Este un film horror care imbina foarte bine aventura,misterul si actiunea naucitoare,ce te v-a face sa nu te desprinzi de ecranul din fata ta,de la inceputul si pana la sfarsitul sau. O statuie pierduta de secole-,,statuia lui Baphomet",un demon intunecat,este cautata de un profesor al unei universitati din S.U.A. care impreuna cu un grup de studenti ce-i sunt foarte apropiati se apropie de locatia acesteia.Lucrurile se complica atunci cand pe urma acestei statui se implica si asa zisi membri ai unui cult satanic:,,Cultul Demonului Baphomet". In aceasta aventura horror plina de suspans si actiune foarte antrenanta este implicata si Ariel o jurnalista,ce investigheaza cauza reala a decesului violent al surorii sale,Sara. Toata lumea cauta un jurnal ce-i poate ajuta sa descopere statuia demonica.Toti mai de voie mai de nevoie,se duc la un castel bantuit din preajma orasului Los Angeles,loc in care incepe si actiunea terifianta a filmului,cu atat mai mult cu cat casa care parca are viata si fantomele din interiorul ei nu-i mai lasa sa iasa afara. Vor reusii eroii filmului sa scape cu viata si mai ales sa rezolve misterul Statuii lui Baphomet?
